Tasting comments:

“The white was again very young and green but the potential was there, we generally like our wines dry and this did not disappoint, dry with a nice acidity. When aged for 3 or 4 months this will be a very drinkable white wine. I would suggest chilled with a nice piece of salmon or chicken. Unfortunately there were no samples of the red available but we were given some commercial equivalents so off we went to the new liquor store and found one of them. I have been a fan of Pinotage for many years, having tasted it first some 26 years back on a trip to South Africa. I will be doing 1 or 2 of these for us and will not be drinking them until this time next year.”
